MOTHER’S DAY BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH

Show the love for the leading lady in your life with a Mother’s Day bottomless brunch at Blaq. Make it a Mother’s Day to remember with an afternoon of delicate treats in one of the most beautiful, warm and welcoming restaurants in the Blue Mountains. You might just earn the position of favourite child with this memorable celebration of the matriarch.

Book your spot and indulge mum with a luxe grazing table packed with local artisan cheese and charcuterie selection, seasonal fruit, house-made fresh savoury tartelettes and crisp quiches, a heavenly seafood selection including poached salmon, plump prawns and Sydney rock oysters, petite sandwiches, a stunning macaron tower (made by the Kyah patissiers), local Black Cockatoo Bakery bread and pastries, and more.

Does mum deserve a good drink? We think so. Add on a bottomless drinks package and spoil mum with Dalwood Estate Bellinis and mimosas. Dalwood Estate is the good stuff; they are the oldest commercial winery in Australia, in the gorgeous Hunter Valley, and their sparkling is sourced from their vineyards on the banks of the Hunter River and picked at night to retain freshness.

Mum will also leave with a secret, special Kyah keepsake gift so she can remember this loving and festive occasion.

BLAQ TRUFFLE LUNCH

To celebrate the arrival of truffle season, Blaq is hosting a decadent three-course lunch showcasing premium local truffles. Available for just one day, the lunch features three outstanding expressions of truffle, with optional matched wines also available. Whether you're a truffle enthusiast or new to these coveted delicacies, you’ll love the way our Executive Chef, Mate Herceg, masterfully brings out the powerfully tasty, yet mild and delicate flavours of the truffles.

Notoriously expensive, truffles are difficult to grow, challenging to find in the wild, in season for only a few weeks of the year and once unearthed, need to be consumed within around four days. But oh, the flavour! It all becomes worth it. It’s no wonder they are at the top of every food-lovers bucket list. Seats are limited to this wonderful event so please don’t delay in booking your place.
